POSSIBLE THEFT: My significant other and I were traveling from Arizona to Europe when we decided to run our car through this car wash. We stopped at Four Seasons to do a quick clean because of salt that got on the car driving through Pennsylvania. They were suppose to only do the outside. They drove the vehicle into the car wash after we went inside to wait. After the car was washed (we could not see what they were doing), they drove it outside. Then guys drove it to the area were they dried it. They finished and we left. Later that night we checked for a bunch of Jewelry that had gotten left in the car so we could safely store it. We knew exactly were it was in the car.The Jewelry wasn't there. This is the only time during our trip that the car was unlocked and unattended. The next day I called the owner and he assured me that he would check into it, and that he trusted his guys (one was his son in law). He didn't take my number and that was it. We are traveling and there isn't much we can do. I am very disappointed and dismayed with this experience.

All of the other reviews pretty much sum it up, this place is for the BIRDS!!! The first time a few months ago I took my car in to get washed, and the guy was so worried about selling me a detailing package for a discounted rate of $200, he didn't provide me with the service I originally asked for. After politely saying no thank you I don't want my car detailed (3 times), I told him I'd like the $20 wash with the tire shine. He then asked me one more time if I would consider getting my car detailed and how I'd save $50 right off the top of the price. I looked at him and said no thanks buddy, just the wash -- So now I go in to wait for my car and it comes out withOUT the tire shine. The guy I originally spoke to has now disappeared, and I then had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone who spoke English so I could explain to them that I paid for a tire shine. After everyone pointed fingers at each other, I come to find out the price did NOT include the tire shine, so I went back in and politely waited for the cashier to charge me an additional $3.00 (keep in mind I agreed to pay the additional $3 and it took the cashier another 5 minutes to emerge from the back from eating something). Finally, after I paid their establishment an additional $3, AND left a $5 tip in the jar from when I FIRST went out, my car was done and I was on my way (extremely aggravated in regards to the service I received). A few months later I got a new Infiniti, and decided to go back one more time rather than driving an extra 20 minutes in the other direction to get my new car washed. I take my 3 week old car to get washed, and asked for the $20.00 wash (again), with the tire shine. Of course, they tried selling me the detailing package again (which makes me laugh because the same guy from last time asked me again, however my car still had temporary plates on it and looked brand new - but of course he had to ask again). I said no thanks and made my way into the car wash again. They remembered the tire shine this time, so I was happy and thought everything was on the up and up. Only problem is, when you charge someone $20.00 for a service, why would you use filthy towels to clean the windows? I had such dark streaks on my car windows that I had to windex all of them when I returned back home. I was so dissatisfied with the service, I didn't think it was even worth the gas to drive back and tell them how horrible their service actually was. I also think it's funny that they try to sell their detailing packages (aggressively) yet they can't even wash a car correctly. Don't go there, don't waste your time. They are horrible and their service is even worse. I'm a Customer Service Manager and was appaled at the way this place is still even in business right now. Save the $20 and go to another car wash, and PLEASE read all of the other horrible reviews this establishment got!!!!!!!!!!!!

New hope car wash...This place sucks! Bunch of rip off artists! Only car wash in town and is a disgrace to the community! You will never get what you pay for if the illegals working there or the punk son of the owner aren't stealing you blind!
