I admit the car was a little grungy and so was the driver but he drove well, was actually a delight to chat with, and got me picked up on time for my appointment. If you want limo service with a proper valet in a spotless car call someone else. If you want an old school New London taxi with an old school New London taxi driver, call Harrys. I been usin em for years. They make me feel at home personally.

Taxi is always late even when I asked to be picked up for a specific time. Not a good thing when I need to get to work and im waiting for them to show up. As I'm writing this I've been waiting for them to show up for about 20 mins. It's pathetic service.

Harry's/Red and White Taxi are the same company so beware of both!!

They are dishonest, they overcharge, cabs are falling a part, and they are never ever reliable or on time. Dispatcher will assure you a cab is on the way. Be sure you factor in an hour of lag time from when this disgusting company chooses to send you a cab. Dispatcher and owner are rude and clearly do not know how to run a reputable business. Just read the rest of the reviews on them - they are deplorable.

The person driving for this company flies through neighborhoods not caring about the speed limit or the safety of the people who live there. Don't bother to call to the company to complain complain, the person who answers the phone will tell you to go screw yourself! Way to run a company buddy! Yes I will sue your company if your company and driver if one of my children gets hit.

This company couldn't be run worse. Called at 6:00 for service. Was told 20 minutes wait time, called back at 6:35 to inquire about the arrival time and no one answered! An hour later a cab shows up in my driveway honking his horn. When i politely tell him i needed the service an hour ago, he swears at me and screams outta my quiet residential area like a maniac!!

Worst experience ever! !!! If i could I give this company zero stars. .. Called them at 11:20 for the cab to be here @ 11:45 because i had to be to work at 12 ...they told me they would be here by that time. ..at 1145 the cab wasnt here called them like at 11:50 they told me cab was going to be here in two minutes. .5 mins passed n no cab so i called again and the guy on the phone was super rude! Telling me that if i keep calling its not going to help. So he told me to wait 2 more minutes ... I ended up calling port city taxi told me 3 minutes n they were on time ...i still got to work late but thanx to port city taxi i got here by the time i left wich was luke 1210 harrys cab was still not here ...this company is aweful n their service sux. Never again will i use harrys cab.

Harry's is HORRIBLE!!!! I have a disabled coworker and she has had to rely on cab services here for the better part of the year. I can not tell you how many times she has called at 4:00 p.m. and been told that the cab will be here in 10 to 15 minutes. Well past 5p.m. she is usually still here WAITING and after several calls Harry's seems to not pick up her calls (They have caller ID)! I have never in my life seen such unprofessional cab service and I've lives all over the WORLD! It galls me that the "Commission" is run by the Owners of the cab companies so your complaints are totally ingnored!!!

WHENEVER I GO HOME BY TRAIN,BUS OR PLANE I USE HARRY'S... YOU CANNOT BEAT THE RATE OR THE SERVICE..THEY WILL BE THERE RIGHT AWAY & AND YOUR NOT STUCK WAITING A LIFETIME...EVERYONE I KNOW USES HARRY'S...EVEN WHEN WE WERE KIDS WE WOULD TAKE IT TO THE MOVIES..AND WHEN WE WERE OLDER AND DIDN'T WANT TO DRINK AND DRIVE WE CALLED GOOD OLD HARRY'S...TRUST ME IF YOU NEED A CAB THIS IS THE PLACE TO CALL...I'M GOING HOME SOON AND I KNOW I'LL CALL THEM AS SOON AS I GET OFF THE TRAIN IN LONDONTOWN!...
