I have been a patient of Dr. Tam now for over 3 years I have always loved the service she provide. Dr. Tam has now taken care of me and helping seeing both of my sons born into this world healthy and strong. I have not always been a fan of her staff but it never stopped me from going to my appointments . Now 3 yrs later I'm still her patient her staff is amazing and I love that she has Dr. Monique now helping with all of your other health needs.

Leaving here now. I'm so aggravated with those people I could scream. I've gave them several chances and tried to support this lady's business but today I had enough. The staff is horrible.They are so uneducated, rude and uninformtive. They don't know how to do anything professionally They should not be working at a doctors office. They must be her family. The Dr even had an attitude today but soon changed it. I asked the lady questions and all she said was "what?" "I dot know" Over and over I'm done, and in search of a new doctor.

My wife, Katherine, and I are expecting a child! She was very nervous, because this is her first pregnancy. The doctor expeditiously helped us and answered every question we had. She was very understanding and was very concerned with my wife. She recommended different nightly procedures my wife could perform to help her during her time.

Best service I have ever received! When I walked into the facility, I was greeted by happy and smiling faces. The receptionist, Chanel, was very polite and equipt to help me. The doctor, Tamla Pierre, assisted me in my personal matters. She was very helpful and gave me helpful advice on how to maintain my health! I would give this business a 100 stars if I could! They have definitely earned a returning customer!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Unprofessional, impolite, uninformative, and RUDE!!!

I have never been to an establishment so poorly ran. The staff including the "DR" are extremely unprofessional. The receptionist is very incompetent and unaware of the policies and makes things up as she goes along. The receptionist has hung up the telephone on two occasions when I asked her about their policies. I asked to speak to the "DR" who is just as rude and nasty, might I add. She advoided the issue about her staff and refused to refund my money for services that were not provided to me as a patient. The "DR" wasn't informative nor friendly during my visit. I would not even recommend u bring your female rat to this place. I don't feel that they are genuine or care about your health. All they are about is the money aspect of this business. If you want to be treated with honesty and respect this is NOT the place for you.

This place is terrible. They never answer the phone, and when they do, the receptionist is always rude and has an attitude. During a follow up visit, they scheduled me for the wrong time. I had to reschedule the second appointment because they put me down for the wrong time again. When I finally get a chance to come (after 2 reschedules), they tried to charge me $20 for rescheduling. There was no notice and none of the receptionist informed me of a $20 reschedule fee. When I asked to speak to the doctor, she refused to see me because I refused to pay (although it was her incompetent staff's fault that I had to reschedule twice in the first place). I needed my test results, so I agreed to pay just for the receptionist to tell me that she wouldn't see me because I was "causing a ruckus". The entire time that I'm speaking to her, I am asking questions about their policies (which she didn't know the answer to). There was never any yelling or cursing involved. As I was trying to explain this to the receptionist, the doctor finally comes out only to be just as rude as her receptionist and starts raising her voice at me. She didn't even let me explain and talked over me. The lack of respect and consideration I was given as a patient is just intolerable. I refuse to go back to this place and I would advise anyone else to do the same. Go to a place where they're compassionate, polite and overall competent.
