I do NOT recommend this title company. Dealing with these ladies did nothing but add to my stress levels. Communication was extremely poor. The responses I received (if any) didn't even address the questions/concerns I had presented. They were condescending and hard to get along with. I had to repeatedly give the same information/documentation so I can only imagine the lack of organization practiced in their office. Issues with county/state records of my property's ownership history was not dealt with in a timely manner causing multiple reschedulings of the closing date. Unless you are looking for a chaotic adventure in paperwork problems, I would suggest hiring someone else to handle your real estate transactions.
