My case was difficult, one that could easily be lost due to a technicality. I knew that in order to have any chance of winning, I had to pick the best lawyer, the most qualified Worker's Compensation attorney. I did my homework in picking the right attorney. Lucky for me, he agreed to take me on as his client.



Mr. Rooth and his staff were always approachable, they always took the time to answer all my questions and return all my calls. He explained the Deposition and Mediation process to me, so that I felt more comfortable and less nervous. He handled everything and my case was completed quickly.
