Please all read this review before you consider entrusting this fraudulent vendor with your loved one's special day!!!

For our mother's 72nd birthday my sister ordered local flower delivery through AvasFlowers.com and the order was sent to flowers by Sutton. We had a big surprise party planned and everything, video streaming with my sister at dinner time. Around 3 PM my sister received confirmation from AvasFlowers that Sutton has delivered the flowers to my mother.

Problem is, when I got home at 6 PM, I found out that there had never been a delivery, not to my mom, not to the building doorman. Imagine how awkward it was when my sister asked my mother on the phone how she liked her flowers. My sister started calling and 50 minutes later, a gentleman came over to deliver the flowers, and virtually ran away after handing the flowers over before we had any chance to query what happened.

The next day around 10:30 AM, I got a call from Sutton, someone sounded mid age harshly asked me to confirm "did you get flowers yesterday or not" and when I started explaining that the flower was delivered 4 hours after an explicit delivery confirmation and only after our calls, she cut me off and said "it is a yes or no question!" and eventually hanged up on me.

What a bunch of frauds! If this is how they ruined my mother's 72nd birthday would you like to be the next? Or subject your mother, your father, your signifI can't others, to such senseless abuse???

I plan to file complaints with the DA's consumer protection function, I doubt these scums would answer to BBB.

Don't use this service if you want your flowers there on time. I order flowers to be delivered less than a block away, and when they didn't get there on time, they told me to relax, and that it will get there when it gets there. I understand that gas is expensive, Bobbie the manager told me that they are minimizing their deliveries because of it, but if you tell someone that something will be delivered by a certain time, one expects that to happen. And when it doesn't happen, the customer shouldn't be made to feel stupid because of it, which they did.

Besides having beautiful floral arrangements Sutton Flowers has wonderful customer service. My mother gave my son $15.00 to buy me flowers for Mother's Day and the person there made him a gorgeous bouquet..probably worth more then $15.00 It made my son feel special that someone wanted to make him and me happy with his little bit of money.
