Provided by YP.comVery thorough job. We have storm windows that had to be removed and cleaned inside and out before primary windows could be cleaned so this was not a simple matter. All sparkles now.

Provided by YP.comMe and my husband found their website with google search and liked what we saw. The crew arrived on time. They wore company uniforms and booties, had clean, new tools and towels. I have never seen anything like that In my 12 years in my home! These were professionals that knew their job from inside out. Not only will we hire them we will send their name to others. Great Job!

Provided by YP.comExcellent work, very friendly and courteous, took my screen door apart and did the whole thing inside and out (no one has ever done that before), were careful with my flower bed. Very grateful, highly recommended.

Provided by YP.comIncompetent, unprofessional, and offensive. Do not hire Camelot unless you want to come home to COMPLETELY SHATTERED windows, as I did last summer (see pictures attached). Also, beware: instead of taking ownership over their mistakes, Camelot will accuse you of having caused the damage.
Two Camelot technicians came to my apartment on Aug 2. When I returned from a short trip the next night (Aug 3), I found my window completely shattered from the inside. The glass is double-paned. This means that the cause of the damage could NOT be external.
No one had access to my apartment while I was gone. In the five years living in this unit, the only time there had been damage to my windows is when Camelot came to clean them.
I called Camelot management expecting them to take responsibility and provide customer service. Instead, the man I spoke to berated me and told me he didn't know what went on in my apartment. He said, verbatim, "I don't know what people do in their apartments; you could have been throwing dishes in there," and kept insisting that they bore no responsibility. I was completely taken aback because it doesn't take a degree in engineering to figure out that when they removed the window, cleaned it, and put it back in, they compromised the structure of it.
A terrible experience from a terrible company. Spend your money on a company with professionalism and morals.
