I can't say they have the best burgers in the area, as across the street at Piper's Kilt, they have consistently offered the finest burger/fries around!

Capital has apparently been around for over 65 years. It's clean on the inside, but filthy on the exterior. Food is good and reasonable. If they remodeled the exterior, kept it clean and did a little marketing, this place would be hoping as there are no other diners in the area.

Great place to eat. Food is always on point. Best burger and fries in the area.
