      Trying to find an immediately available guard service to protect our Bronx building after a fire and evacuation turned out to be a lot harder then we thought. We called a lot of security companies. Most turned out to be out of town telephone answering services. Even the supposed "New York" security companies didn't have the personnel available for an immediate response. Incredibly, many didn't even know where the Bronx was. EPIC was worlds apart from the others. They actually answered the phone, knew where our building was, and had it secured within 45 minutes. Their security vehicles and guards were very impressive. We don't usually bother with reviews, but these guys were worth our compliments.

      We were having a lot of problems at our vehicle lot overnight with thefts and vandalism. We tried a few guard companies and even hiring our own guard. But it was hard to know what's going on at night. This company really helped us out and our problems went away. They are a real 24 hour service that helped us out day and night. Highly recommend.

      We had tried many guard services for our events and had often been disappointed. Then a friend recommended Epic Security. There is really no comparison. Epic had all the guards we needed immediately available for our event. The management was very responsive to our needs. We now highly recommend Epic to our friends.

      I had an emergency at my business and needed a guard right away, I called Epic for service and was immediately put though to an executive of the company. I found the person to be very courteous and helpful. The guard arrived within the hour and he was polite and professional. I would recommend Epic and will use them again.

      I have regularly used Epic Security for my guard services. I find the guards to be very professional and the office staff courteous. I have necver had a bad experience with Epic.
