RUSSELL WILLIAMS the firm's principal, has been admitted to the New York Bar since 1988 and the Florida Bar Since 1995. He was also a practicing solicitor in London from 2005 until 2014. Mr. Williams has over 20 years experience working in corporate formation and commercial law. He assisted with the creation, development and management of a corporation formation and commercial practice in New York City as well as London in the United Kingdom. He is known for his personal service and hands on approach to all filings and work. He has appeared in the State and Federal Courts in the United States as well as the Companies Court and Chancery Courts of the High Court at the Royal Courts of Justice in London. He has returned to open his own practice in New York and looks forward to assisting you in all of your corporate or commercial matters!
