its a heavy storm.. streets are fully covered with snow, of course i know the cars are unable to operate. i call to ask at what time is gonna be the servise normally returned. and the guy just pick up the phone, and say no taxi. without giving me the oportunity to talk. very poor customer service.

I flagged a Riverside Taxi from Washington Heights and wanted to go to LaGuardia Airport. When I arrived at the airport, the female driver told me that the fare was $50 plus $5 for the toll. That is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!! I understand that the fares in NYC recently went up, but that rate from Washington Heights to LGA is highway robbery. To add insult to injury, when I asked the driver why she was charging that rate, she couldn't articulate the reason because she could barely speak English. I refused to pay $50 plus $5 for the toll. However, she insisted that I give her no less than $45. Of course, while on my flight, it occurred to me that she had the nerve to add her tip to the fare, even though she clearly didn't deserve it. I would not recommend taking Riverside Taxi anywhere. The driver was unprofessional and tried to rob me blind, as if I was a tourist. BEWARE!!!!!!
