Just called this company based on the review that was first listed here-- and their close proximity to my house. THe lady on the phone was very nice and took time to explain their policies and procedures to me. They also do accept credit cards, which I was hoping for. So I will give them a try-- and will write a bit more after receiving my laundry back.
