The nice lady over the phone had clearly explained the prices and best of all I had a technician whom had shown up right on time too! This guy clearly knew exactly what it was he was talking about and did a great job. Talk about a genuine guy, this guy was about as genuine as they come. Cannot recommend these gentlemen enough! The guys here at Upholstery Cleaning Manhattan are the only carpet cleaners that I will ever use and that I will ever need and I would recommend them to everyone!
