i have been a patient for almost 10 years and very happy with the service, the front desk is very helpful with fitting me and my family members in a short notice, they are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with my insurance information. I always recommend this facility to all of my family, friends, and coworkers.

love this location and most of the doctor.. that new dr in the newark location really shouldnt b n eyecare.. she says things like drop the drop in your eye like it hot. what is that surposed to mean, unprofessional.. she needs to lose the hiphop and gain some respect for her pt... beside that the experience at decc is wonderful. front desk glasses lady and nurses are WONDERFUL...

delaware eye care center de is the worse place to get glasses it took me 2 month to get. i really don't want to pick them up today is because i really deserve a discount or something. they told me im not the only one that is going though this. soooooo what is that telling you. i did not like their services at all , i want to talk to the person in charge .where can i reach them? .you just lost a good customer a maybe more, i will talk about this to alot of people so get ready to watch you sale go down' not happy at all

Have dealt with them for over 4 years now and have never had a problem. The help at the desk is prompt and when scheduling an appointment, they are very willing to get you in as soon as possible as well as to work with your availability.

The Doctors are careless, and the clerks are even worse. Don't bother with this place unless you want to have nothing but headaches. I needed to be checked by multiple doctors several times to have a diagnosis (each doctor gave me a different diagnosis - I was told each time that something was missed or incorrect in a previous diagnosis). That is bad, but I could almost deal with that if it weren't for the administration and the clerks. The clerks are even worse - filling out insurance papers incorrectly and taking "revenge" on you via passive-aggressive attitudes and penalties if you point out things they do wrong or want to reschedule an appointment. I couldn't believe the attitude I received from them just for wanting to reschedule! I never encountered that with any other medical office. Please consider another doctor. I know my family now has to go through that trouble.‎
