Simply the finest experience we have had when purchasing a car from all aspects. Chris Mann is a true gentleman who really cares about his customers.
I moved to Delaware in 2010 and bought a used car from Porter in 2011. I just returned to buy my brand new Ford Escape from Porter and I have to say - as always - Porter exceeded my expectations. I had a very pleasant car buying experience, no pressure, full transparency and great customer service. I worked with Jill Mohler and I think she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and to explain and demonstrate all the new technology in the vehicle. Porter Ford has taken care of my vehicles since I arrived in Delaware and they make me feel like part of the 'family' and secure in knowledge that my vehicle is in good hands.
The last two car buying experiences that I have had have been with Porter Ford. I felt a sincere friendship between my salesman, Chris, and the sales manager Jacob. Both gentleman were very helpful when it came to the entire process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing my new vehicle. I came away from this deal feeling very good about my purchase. I know that they want to sell cars but they made sure that I was completely satisfied with trade in, purchase price, financing, etc... I now have a great relationship with everyone at Porter Ford. Everyone there is so nice. This is where you want to go to buy a Ford car or truck.

Got a great deal on a 2018 Ford Escape with all the features I wanted! Jeff was a great pleasure to work with, he was very prompt when answering phone calls and texts and a extremely friendly salesman! Drew in the finance department worked hard to get us the best rate out there and made the paperwork process really easy! I would purchase from them again, and would recommend them to everyone!

This is my first buying experience with Porter Ford, and I have to say one of the better experiences I've had purchasing vehicles in the past. My salesperson, Jill Mohler, was very knowledgeable about the Escape, no pressure, and fun to work with. Did not feel pressured by anyone I worked with and I was pleased with the final arrangements. Highly recommend Jill and Porter.

I have brought Ford mustang Ecoboost premium 2016 brand new from Porter Ford on 03/01/2017. They have sold me a car which has bad transmission, problem with power start, remote not working, bad battery, Engine check light is on on the dashboard, Internal cracks on the windshield and this is a structural damage. I was able to figure out all this issues not less than 15days after buying this car(brand new). Overall experience buying this car is very bad. I was not happy buying a car from ford. when I spoke to the salesperson(who sold me the car) at porterford about the problems with the car , he is saying " we are not mechanic to check the car and sell it to you ". Is this the way to deal with the customers after selling the car?. Please mind that I have brought the car from you and your responsible for this. I have dropped the car at the dealer and I don't want that car anymore. Thank you
Great experience. Chris Mann is the man to see at Porter Ford. No pressure, knowledgeable and efficient. This is my 3rd vehicle lease with Chris and everything has been great. He treats us with a great deal of respect. Next year I'll be back to get another Ford or 2 from Chris. Good job by Porter for employing Chris.

Gary and Jacob delivered an amazing experience for me, someone EXTREMELY fearful of buying a car from a dealership due to some poor experiences elsewhere.Not these guys. They were super friendly and genuine, and most of all flexible and transparent. It literally took me more time to drive home than time between hand-shake and driving off the lot! (because I drove 70 minutes since this was the car I wanted and I could tell these guys were not typical of other dealerships)Great job Porter folks...highly recommend!
Rodney was an awesome salesperson. We bought a black Ford explorers XLT, once we got it home we realized there were some a entities the new car didn't have that we missed. They let us bring it back and exchange it for the one we really wanted. They made it as easy as possible. It was a great buying experience and I can't say enough good things about their service department. We are 100% satisfied!
