This Rite Aid location is the least attractive of the local Rite Aids, but it is my choice as my primary pharmacy. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, but the reason this store became my pharmacy was because when they say 20 minutes, it is 20 minutes or less. Unlike the F airfield Rite Aid, they have never told me it would be more than 20 minutes. Walgreen's claimed not to have received my digitally sent prescription on multiple occasions. At this point, the people at this Rite Aid know us and our needs. When my husband had heart surgery, the substitute pharmacist asked how he was doing without even seeing our last name. Because it is a small store, seemingly ignored by corporate headquarters when it comes to things like remodeling, it has a very small-town feel to it. I'd give the physical store 2 stars, but the pharmacy gets all 5 stars.

If I could give my experience a negative score, I would. First off the store is filthy. I have been using their pharmacy for the last nine months and I have gotten deplorable customer service. I have been treated very rudely as well as have prescriptions canceled because they did not have birth date but did have my phone number. I have had to wait between 24-48 hours for prescriptions or have been sent to other stores to get them filled. Do not waste your time at this store. They are not polite and are of little help.

Rite-Aid is my preferred store. They have great everyday prices, as well as weekly and monthly sale prices. A very nice shopping atmosphere -- clean, neat with merchandise displayed nicely.
