This is the worse place to live. The building has a bad infestation of mice and roaches. the pics they show for advertisement makes the apartment look nice but what you get is mold in the bathroom, bad plumbing, no heat in the winter because they have a small furnace for 96 units, unprofessional maintenance, rude management service and the owner ( whomever that is bcuz apparently its a secret) will not talk to you. anyone interested make sure you knock on neighbors doors and ask before you make a decision. halls, walls and elevators are disgusting smelling like urine. the elevator always break down on Friday nights and they don't work on weekends. The city is always out for inspection ( my guess is someone is paid to look the other way because nothing gets fixed) it only gets patched until.....im getting ready for my move and before anyone else has to live the hell of the environment like I did, ask the neighbors first. drugs, drunks and weed smelling all throughout this building.
