Our tire was caught in a ditch and this is who we were told could help. Called to ask for assistance and his response was that he had the flue and wasn't accepting calls at the time. Okay. I can understand that. I asked if he knew some else who could help, because we were stranded. He said no and hung up without another word. Unprofessional. Rude. No respect, consideration or understanding. Worst service I've received from anyone. If you need help that is reliable, and capable of providing or directing service... this is not the company you should reach out to.

2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS OUR CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE H.E. BAILEY TURNPIKE OUTSIDE NEWCASTLE, OK. IT WAS OUR GOOD FORTUNE TO BE TENDED TO BY "RICK'S" THERE IN TOWN AFTER THE NEWCASTLE POLICE DEPARTMENT CALLED HIM FOR US.



OVER LOOKING AN OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE US TO THE CLEANERS RICK INSTEAD GOT US BACK ON THE ROAD IN RECORD TIME AT A COST THAT HARDLY COULD HAVE COVERED HIS TOW MUCH LESS THE LABOR INVOLVED. A HEARTFELT THANKS "RICK", AND THANKS AGAIN
