We hired LSPHS to replace our tub, they came 6/24/09 & told us they could not install the tub because the drain was in the wrong place. Said that they would call back that afternoon with the model # of a tub that would fit. That was 6 days ago, in the meantime we have to shower in our camper. Have called them several times in the last 6 days - the only reply we got was one that said none of the distributors have called him back. Our usual plumber had surgery and could not do the job. I saw him in the store the other day and told him what was going on. He came here today -said it was an easy job, he could have installed the tub but we had taken it back already so he ordered a new tub & will install it 7/3. If you REALLY need something done be very wary of LSPHS. Today we received a $60 bill from them for coming out here (15 miles at the most) and telling us they couldn't do the job!
