For people who say this didn't work for them, they didn't lose weight, the problem is simple. You are eating more calories than you are burning.

Genesis has a great program and I feel like I'm constantly challenged. Going through the motions isn't going to cut it. You really have to work hard and put forth the effort. I found Genesis to be far superior to your regular gym experience. You are monitored, pushed and coached through each session. Most people have difficulty doing that on their own. Genesis forces you to work hard to achieve results

These guys are thieves. Stay away. I showed my personal trainer their analysis, and he suggested I report them for charging me nearly $500 to produce a generic report. Stay away!
