This location was ideal for us being situated half the distance from our Norfolk residence and our Chesapeake property, where the stored items came from. The facility is always clean, the and equipment in working order, and supplies welled stocked. Miss Ruckert is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk too. Her staff friendly and helpful. I am quite please I chose this location and Miss Rueckert over sees it. Because of her professionalism, I have never had a problem.

AAAA Self Storage & Moving is my favorite business because it close to my house. The unique think about AAAA storage is I can walk across the street. whenever I need go into my storage. The service is great and the staff is friendly.

I am a merchant marine who needed storage for a few months and I stopped in at the aaaa on campostella rd in Norfolk to check out the facility. The manager was very knowledgable and professional, the facility was clean and well maintaned, and the rates were reasonable. I was impressed with all the services available, especially access to a Uhaul truck, so when it's time to rent a unit, it will definitely be at this particular facility.

I have had nothing but outstanding results from my association with Keri and her staff at AAAA on Campostella Road. She is quick to address my needs or any concerns I may have, and if she is not available her well-trained staff readily and with dedication to quality customer care gives me confidence in whatever decisions I make regarding my unit there. Even when I had 2 units there, and needed a UHaul, they had all the basic items I needed to make my moves less painful! Highly recommend! Tell them Sonny English sent you! :-)
