Its a shame myself and 4 people went in for jobs today and this lady skipped around picking people she wanted to pick to go on jobs. Its a first come first serve basis, everyone wants to work, how can you chose who you want to send here or there. Now if someone declines a job thats on them and company policy states you go to the next person qualified for the job not the person you want to go to. Who wants to find a way or get up early enough to be at a potential job at in the 530am just to sign in to say i'm here and able to work and by 8 am your still sitting there doing nothing, Its very unfair and it makes people who need the money feel hopeless, about ever getting a chance.
