The man called Ben, the realtor, is stingy and never responsible for his properties as long as he knows you are renting his properties. Do not let him pull your leg. You will never have your deposit back for good; .!!!!

They are fairly quick to respond to problems. I had issues will my bill pay service and Altschul Realty responded by sending an eviction notice rather than calling me to resolve the problem. I have rented from them for 25 years! When I responded to the eviction notice and explained the problem their response was to threaten me to add more onto the late fee if I did not pay them right away. I asked for their hours and location, went to their office during those hours and the door was locked. I later called and told them that the sign on their door listed several businesses and I did not feel comfortable dropping my check with SSN on it into a mail slot which is accessible by many people. I paid my rent and the late fee and the next month they raised my rent.
