Kingdom Staffing is an agency where we match registered ex-offenders to companies that complement their individual skills. This gives the offender an opportunity to develop work ethic and expertise. Kingdom Staffing acts as an employer while the recruiter is the boss. The company that the offender works for is our client. Kingdom Staffing places all employees from all areas of the Hampton Roads ranging in fields such as: Shipyard work, Warehouse jobs, and Plumbing just to name a few. All equipment/safety gear will be provided.Kingdom 6 Staffing is aimed at providing nonviolent ex-offenders with the tools they need in order to successfully become members of society. We hope to make life easier for individuals who bear the burden of being labeled as a 'criminal'. It is our pleasure to offer these individuals with opportunities they need in order to become successful.No other staffing agency is committed to providing ex-offenders with job opportunities. Our agency employs solely ex-offenders who have been convicted of nonviolent crimes. We act as the liaison for employers and since the ex-offenders are our main concern, you can be sure that we will fight hard for the equality of all individuals.
