- Workers CompensationFor example, in a case where the trial court vacated a jury verdict of $850,000 in our client’s favor, we appealed the trial court’s decision. The Supreme Court reinstated the jury’s verdict, and our client was ultimately able to collect not only the original $850,000 awarded but nearly $100,000 more in interest and costs. In a premises liability case, where the trial court improperly mixed a workers compensation claim with a third party claim, we were able to settle a $1,000,000+ action utilizing the appellate court’s mediation process. - Personal Injury“My experience with Paul Warren and his entire staff was everything that I could’ve asked for in a legal team. From the very first phone call to the moment we were able to settle my personal injury case, I felt respected, in control, and safe with Mr. Warren. I was terrified to go down this road with all of the unknown but was reassured every step of the way by Mr. Warren, Mrs. Warren, and Jameson Goodell. I was able to reach out to the office via phone or email with any question and always got a prompt response from Laura or another staff member. I felt well prepared for my deposition and appreciated the constant communication on the status of my case. After suffering a traumatic injury and all that went along with my surgery and recovery, I felt at ease and secure with Warren PLC and their handling of my claim. - Medical Malpractice“Paul and Jennifer, words cannot express our gratitude to you both for taking our medical malpractice case into your hands. From the start, we felt as if you genuinely cared and there was no doubt that we found the right law firm. Coping with the loss of our infant has been a struggle and we thank you for your perseverance in making these legal proceedings as easy on us as possible. You provided world class professionalism throughout our case, but it was your compassion that surpassed our expectations. The settlement does not ease our grief, nor the bitterness we have for what our daughter endured, but we hope you both have the deep feeling of satisfaction that we do; that we fought the good fight and won; that justice, as far as it could be achieved, was accomplished; and that we proved our daughter’s life was worth something. We thank God that we had you both by our sides during this emotional time and we will be forever grateful for what you have done for our family. We know that our angel, Mackenzie, will always be smiling down upon you from Heaven!” – B. Thruman and J. Thruman
