Worst experience I have had at the Denny's on the Ed Noble Parkway. I tried to add an extra egg to my order. The waitress ( Marelyn was the name on the ticket.) kept saying I had to get two extra eggs. I said I just wanted a side egg, she said thats fine, but it has to be two. I then asked if I ordered it on a separate plate can I get one? She said yes, so I said do that only put it with my other two eggs. She said, " Oh then it will have to be two extra eggs." I felt like we were going through the who's on first routine. So I said well they make omelettes with 3 eggs so I will just get an omelette. So in short instead of 3 eggs, bacon, sausage, and an English Muffin I had to get a $9.99 omelette and scraped out the insides to just get 3 scrambled eggs. I then went throughit with the cashier, she just shrugged and said well she didn't explain it very well. I come here a lot, but will not come back after having to pay 9.99 for 3 eggs, it is ridiculous that the waitress doesn't know you can charge someone's for only 1 egg. We were there 20 minutes with no silverware, I had to stir my coffee with a straw. I saw our waitress twice, when she took our order and when she brought the check. One refill of coffee at that time. The main office gave me the same "who cares" response.
