We chose Custom Carpet Cleaner as we were new to the area and we saw their work trucks in our condo development. We have moved into an older condo with the original carpeting and were not ready to replace it. the condition of the carpet was aweful the previous owners ahd cats and there were stains that just kep coming back after we tried to spot clean. Custom Carpet came in and gave us the attention that a larger job would have justified, they helped us to see opportunities taht were not clearly visible, they pulled up the carpet to replace the padding in some areas to get rid of the recurring stain. They gave us a ton of product to use for spot treatments etc. all in all an outstanding job. 5 stars
