Cannot keep track of the ways this place sucks anymore. A "short" wait time would be 30-45 minutes, the norm is more like an hour. This is even if all you need to do is talk to the doctor for 5 minutes and get fitted for an orthodic. The doctors seem to have good bedside manner, but this does not make up for the rude and obnoxious behavior of the office staff. Oh, and I wound up getting double billed from them, and when I realized and asked for a refund they said they would "investigate". It's been over a month and still no word, and to make matters worse I honestly think when I call in they just put me on hold until I give up.

Doctors are knowledgeable, attentive and take time to understand patient needs, then explain the options and answer questions. Staff is friendly, polite and efficient
