Wow, interesting place. First of all, huge selection of fireplaces & outdoor grills & kitchens. Secondly, the staff was incredible, the guy that took care of me had only been working there for a few months but knew everything about all their products. Not sure if he worked somewhere else but i was very impressed. Then some other guy took one of their Big Green Egg grills outside in the snow and proceeded to grill chicken which were yummy. Those grills are pretty cool so i bought one. Thanks you for your true professionalism & not being pushy. I'll do business there again for sure.

Staff apparently think that "helping" you just hand you brochures and say you can have this but that is all we can do. When you ask why or a question the answer is because you can't blah blah blah.... never a why just another brochure for an item with a picture that means nothing. When you say you don't understand you are laughed at.
