Additionally, we only hire employees who are authorized to work in the United States and they must undergo criminal background checks and drug testing. unreliable, no shows and thief occurred, never the same worker when did show, cancelled at a moments notice with no back ups. didn't answer phones after hours, like was told and was charged for cna's when workers weren't US citizens. showed up dirty and in street clothes and slept on job or played with phone doing games.
