Terrible. The apartments are nice but if you live on the first or second floor you have to put up with 24-7 bumping and jumping. They put people with untrained kids and dogs on the third floors and it is a nightmare. The hallways outside of the apartments are nasty. They don't clean up anything outside other than cleaning the pools. It's a terrible place to live. I moved out as soon as I could. The management is nasty and I think they believe anything outside of the office they don't deal with. Don't be fooled by the exterior. It's a nightmare. There is no assigned parking so once you leave home and come back, good luck with finding a parking space. I think they take section 8 or something because it is a lot of shady looking people walking around. It's a lot of money to pay for such a terrible place. For that kind of money you are better off renting a house. It's not a good deal, environment or a nice place to live.

Convenient to shopping and freeway and security is topnotch. Needs attention to some maintenance details, but overall in fairly good condition.

A little pricey but well worth it as the gates are always secure, it is in a good area, a farely new construction and was just built when i lived there. close to shopping and really nice to walk around the complex. Don't try to drive to the mountain though, you will get a ticket. I give this place 3 stars as the floor plans could be a little better for the 2 bedroom.
