Ok, I too am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service received. I had to have my alarm system rewired. I was quoted a price of $45 an hour. My repair was complete 1 1/2 later but the PRICE changed. I was told that its $90 an hour for labor to repair the problem if they fix it and $45 if they do not if it. And when I questioned the invoice I was told by the receptionist "would you like for him to put your vehicle back like it was" meaning, undo the wires. SOOOOO unprofessional. She later apologized, after payment was secured of course. The tech seems knowledgeable but the they are a little over priced. My bill went from $80 to $163 because they "changed" the wording of the initial quote. I would use them again but only if the price is set and agreed on prior to repair.

I was and still am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service that I have received and yet to receive from none repair of specific parts on my son Cheep. I took my son's Jeep in the second week of September 2013 to have his window's tinted. While in there received a great price for car alarm and install I went ahead and had that done as well. While talking to a customer found out that this location on Mabelvale did body work and paint. So I asked and I was giving a quote for a paint/body price and estimated of no longer than a week we would be wit out my son Jeep. So I set the date September 16, 2013 to bring in and get this work done. Well a week goes by and still not complete, took the excuse of wrong part came in. OK no problem. Then there was a death, and sickness within the company making them shorthanded (which the workers at this location seem to be extremely lazy).
