If only I could give 0 stars! We hired these people to manage our property while stationed overseas and they were terrible. Ended up costing us thousands, yes you read that right thousands. We have a pool that had a brand new liner in the pool when we left, they did not ensure there was water in the pool between tenants, guess what happened, the liner shrunk. They then wanted to blame us for this, well we were in Germany. Then there is communication, it takes weeks and sometimes months if at all for them to reply. You never get an invoice for the repairs, You never get any information even when you ask for it. If you are a renter and want to skip out on paying rent then go here because unless you pester them you won't get your rent money.These are the most unprofessional, irresponsible real estate agencies in Arkansas. They have no regard for the military and being stationed in another country or state for that matter. So don't hire these people. Run away.
