my car was towed to Cross town after a motor vehicle accident, when cross town towed the car to my mechanic the next day they gave my mechanic the wrong car key, after many calls to them, Cross town cannot find my key and the driver insists he locked my car and gave the key to a mechanic, I have a photo that my claims adjuster took showing the car door open, car was never locked, they will not return phone calls or take responsibility, not even a sorry for the mix up we will look into it. I refuse to pay the $180.00 it cost to replace the key and transmitter, if cross town does not pay I will be taking them to small claims court
