Tried calling shipping center for an hour! Cannot respond to your call please try at a later time was all I got. So I drove twenty miles to fedex to pickup package that they have had since Friday (today is monday).I was told by clerk that the package is scheduled to be delivered Tuesday so I can't pick it up today! WTF! It was right there! Can't have it! As for phone calls, was told they have five lines and always answer the phone After verifying that the number was correct I called from car while looking at clerk, same message. Could have saved forty mile trip had they answered. Horrible service.
