      Kindred Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, located in Northglenn, Colo., provides a continuum of care for short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled care convalescence. It specializes in hospice and Alzheimer s disease care services. It has a team of skilled and trained team that include medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers. The center also operates an Alzheimer s disease care unit. Its rehabilitation services include physical, occupational and speech therapies, personal laundry, counseling and on-site dental, optometry and podiatry services.
