On Monday, December 31 my daughter and I had the most rude service we had ever experienced in any store. When approaching to the counter after selecting the color of paint we wanted, the sales person told us the computer had been shut down for 2 hours and to return on January 2 to make our purchase! It was 2:00 p.m. when we left the store. Why were we not informed upon entering the store that we could not make a purchase and why were the doors even open if we could not buy paint? Sherwin Williams had been our painting "headquarters" and we felt we could obtain both quality products and good service. Wrong!! We have told several of our friends of our experience and will NEVER recommend this store to anyone!!!! This business gets a 0 rating!
