Great Italian workmanship .

Recently I moved to Bayside NY neighborhood and was searching for a good shoe repair shop nearby. I found this place on Yelp and because of the high reviews I decided to take my shoes for repair at this place. The owner Mark is a very sweet gentleman who is very skilled and good at what he does. I brought in a very used old Classic Chanel bag and he restored all the corners, fixed the stitching and polished the bag for free. The price was very reasonable. I am very- very happy with the work and I will be going back soon to get soles replaced on my 2 pairs of shoes

I have lived in Bayside 60 years and have seen leather and shoe repair shops, some just closed due to retirement. The family tried most of them, but when it comes to talent and European craftsmanship Mark is the best of all thumbs UP. I would highly recommend this repair shop. They do a great and clean job. Recently I took a pairs of boots and Mr. Mark told me that they will be ready in 2 days and the price quote was very reasonable. Mark does a great job on handbags especially designer ones, he handles them with care and his repairs are done so they are not obvious...Old world craftmanship learned from his father. What more could a customer want than quality work at reasonable prices. I am a senior citizen and he is always courteous and patient. Give BHSS a try you cannot go wrong.
