1.I cannot say enough about Dr. Allen and his staff. Prior to seeing Dr. Allen I had a terrible experience where a dentist told me I had 8 cavities and wanted to charge me almost $2500 to fix them. Being 33 years old and having had only 2 cavities my whole life I was skeptical and sought a second opinion. THANK GOD I DID! Dr. Allen is the ONLY dentist that I am aware of that has the latest technology and equipment to diagnose cavities without a doubt. The only cavity he found was one that I already had that needed to be refilled. He looked at the xrays from the other dentist and showed me that I did not have any other cavities, whereas the other dentist only showed me a picture of my stained teeth, & told me they were all cavities. Dr. Allen saved me from thousands of dollars, unnecessary dental work and spent a tremendous amount of time answering my questions. My advice...do your research-go to Dr. Allen for your next dental visit-Trust me- You will be SO glad you did! He's THE BEST!

Dr. Allen is simply outstanding. I had been going to another dental practice that was terrible and needed to find a better dentist. I asked my friends and neighbors and almost everyone goes to Dr. Allen. Now I see why. I was very scared but he and his staff made my emergency appointment quick and easy. I had a root canal and it was completely painless. Dr. Allen is the area's only "Master Dentist" and his education shows. You do not have to be sent to other dentists because he can do everything.

Dr. Allen performed an emergency root canal for me. I was hesitant going into the appointment because my first root canal with my prior Dentist was not pleasant. Dr. Allen completed the procedure in much less time and I felt absolutely no pain during or after the root canal. I was impressed with his staff's professionalism and Dr. Allen's bed-side manner. It's amazing that different Dentists' abilities vary so greatly, as I remember spending hours at my prior Dentist being very uncomfortable. But, Dr. Allen was able to do the same procedure quickly with a much better result. He genuinely cares for his patients, whether they may be new patients, like myself, regular patients, or even tourists, perhaps. I would recommend Dr. Allen to anyone over the two other Dentists I have visited

I was kind of new to Selbyville and went to a dental practice that advertises all the time, so, because of "name recognition" and quite frankly I didn't know any dentists, I when there for my regular dental check up. I have never had a cavity in my life but when I left there they told me I had six cavities (and would cost $1272!) and made an appointment for me. First, I can't afford $1272 and more important something didn't seem right. So I told my coworkers I needed a second opinion and two recommended Dr. Allen. Three weeks later I took copies of my xrays and Dr. Allen could find a single cavity. He said my teeth were perfect. The lession learned is get a second opinion when in doubt! I am moving again for a new job, but I am going to travel back to keep Dr. Allen as my dentist. His staff was really nice and he is a honest doctor. Trust is important to me.
