awesome groomer Carol! After my dogs were raked over the coals by Dogtel, Carol stayed an hour after her shift to perform an emergency groom for two standard poodles. No easy task! She showed utmost concern for the health and well-being of her customers, my big boys! We love her! She is the epitome of customer service and what every employee should strive to be and what every company wants to employ!

This store is amazing!! The staff is ver knowledgable and friendly, the store is immaculate and has a great selection. After going to Petco in Ocean City Ill never visit Petsmart again.
