I have taken all of my vehicles to Rich, and have never been disappointed. His prices are reasonable, and he even allows the patron to bring parts for him to install. Granted that the location in Bethany is a little crummy in crime, he does all that he can for his customers. Too bad that he had to move to near Council & Reno....

My car was there for repairs and never returned. Rich said he set it outside and now it is gone. I had to file a stolen vehicle report and proceed with a small claims case. It is unbelievable a business owner can do this and the only recourse is small claims. A very dishonest business.
