What an absolute joke. I checked out the website, was pleased with what I read, so I booked an appointment online for a Saturday at 1pm. I got a confirmation email, so I was expecting a phone call in the morning. At 9am, I called and got a message to call another phone number. I called THAT number and there was a message saying that line was not in service. I called back at 12:30 (considering that my appt was at 1pm) and a man answered (just said HELLO nothing stating it was Emmi's Pet Services). I asked about what was going on and he told me to hold on, then I was hung up on. What a joke. Avoid this useless so-called-business.

What a joke! I thought I had found affordable grooming and was so excited that "Dana" was going to come to home and give my puppy a full salon package. I made an appointment for 10:30am last Saturday morning and was told to keep at least 3.5 hours free. Dana called me and confirmed my appointment on Friday, asked me exactly how I would like my dog to be groomed, and then explained to me in detail her procedures. I really thought I had hit the grooming jackpot....NOT SO.....My entire Saturday was ruined because she never showed up. I called and left a message 3pm Saturday afternoon, but never received a callback. I finally got in touch with Dana 3 days later, after I found out she works at the Rockwell Pet Clinic and I requested an explanation and this is what she told me: "All I can tell you is that life happens and that's the only explanation I have for you"..No apology, no remorse. I realize stuff happens, but at least a phone call would have been nice.....To Dana: Good luck with your "business" practices. To my puppy (who is at a legitimate groomer today): Sorry mama is such a cheapskate always searching for the cheapest service...Lesson Learned!!

The idea is great and the price great. Howevere, getting in contact with them is practically impossible. I called three weeks ago, was told i could get an appointment the next day at my home. They never came. I called them an hour or so after they never came and a man answered. Said he would find out for me. They never called back. I then called several times for days trying to make another appointment. A week went by and no answers to my calls or messages. So i tried email. They emailed me back like two days later. Told there was an opening monday but may have a cancellation earlier. I said i would take either appointment. Well, here i am on monday, not sure if i actually have an appointment (this is a week later mind you from when i said i would take this time slot). Tried calling, no answer. Left voicemail and no answer. I cnfirmed by email (the whole two emails i actually recieved from them) if their number was correct. She said yes. Anyway, i would have loved this to work out as i have two kids and having them come here would be great. But i cant understand why they dont answer? I havent gotten upset at all. I said it was no problem to the man on the phone about the appointment being missed, i would just schedule another. I figured i should write this so others wont be shocked if they dont show up.

I can't say nothing but good things about the service. I'm a repeat customer.

nothing but a great experience. the owner is nothing but kind to my dogs. asha didnt like her nails being cut and dana sat there calmly and pet asha until she calmed down and was able to clip a few more nails. not the mention the price of grooming was very cheep! and the quality is awesome better then the mobile van in edmond we used to use.
