      I went to have a hitch installed and they drilled through my wiring harness cutting through alot of wires. Their fix was to twist the wires together and put electrical tape on it instead of soldering and heat shrink wrapping. Now I have electrical taped wires under the chassis of my truck.

      Went out of their way!

      J and I totally exceeded all of my expectations, and now I understand why they have been in business so long! They really do care about the customer! They offer you something to drink and even show you the waiting room and give you the remote, they just really make you feel welcome!!!
