0They are only helpful as long as you are spending money there. The other reviewer here who gave them a negative review is right. If you have a defective product they will turn it around on you and make it seem like it's your fault that the product is not working properly in order to avoid the return. The guy also tried to get me to trade out an extra tank that came with the product I bought for one that was almost 3 times cheaper without offering any kind of compensation on the price difference. He thought I wouldn't do the math and call him out on it. When I did he lied and said he normally doesn't even sell the tank with the product, which is not true because it's SUPPOSED to come with it since it's part of a boxed set which a lot of stores around here sell(cheaper too). Either way you look at that it's dishonest to say the least. Buyer beware, I would not recommend buying from this place. Find another more honest establishment. I know I have.
I just went in today because my tank was to confusing and they had no proplem returning it at all and they explained to me what was cause the proplem and not once were anyone there rude and they fixed my vape and gave me e juice just for the issue I had I strongly recommend people to go to flavor vapes all e jucies are on point and fresh if u are just getting into vaping the best place to start is a THE FLAVOR VAPOR you guys are running a good business keep it up two thumbs up !!!!
