they were all nice and it took three hours. I only moved 3 blocks away and when they were done it was 1400.00 bucks!!! I said your joking right??? And he said no.... They never told me they charge for gas and mileage from there location to me and they wouldnt move items unless I paid extra. what crap.... And to top it off the took off my refrigerator handles and kept the hardware. I called them 4 times over a period of a month and they said they had them and promised everytime to mail them to me but never did. I got so mad I just threw the invoice away so I didnt have to see it again. I DO Not recomend them. they are thiefs and totally took advantage of me. Mrs. Miller

I would tell people to stay away. If I could, I would give them NO stars. Had them move some of my household goods in Nov. Just the big furniture since I had already moved the small stuff. They show up unprepared. No hammers, no screwdrivers, nothing to measure with. They spent more time heading back to truck and killing time as they were paid by the hour. They wasted at least 2 hours trying to take apart a treadmill which wouldn't fit through the door. Even knowing they wouldn't have room on the truck for it. They damaged my new refridgerator, they damaged my kitchen doorway, and other items. They left about 10 items that should have been moved because they said truck was full ie. 3 tvs, desk and desk top, chairs, class table top, treadmill, ect. At the new house, they half put together items. Bed slates without screws (found them at old house), hoosier cabinet top sitting on floor. This was because it was end of work day. They wanted me to call them after hours if I wanted my treadmill moved. Was charged an additional couple of hours (for what they wasted on the treadmill) on top of what was quoted and still had to move so many items myself after the fact. Got no response when I initially complained. Gave up after that. Poorly run company and they will rip you off. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dishonest, incompetent, or mismanaged? Probably all three.



Scheduled a 2pm move for 1/17/13, easy two man job for 3 pieces of furniture that should take AT MOST 45 minutes including travel.



1:30pm - they called saying they're running late and would show up at 3:30, no big deal it happens



3:30pm until oh, all day: no one shows up. at all. or even calls this time. Tried calling back and no one answered.





NEXT DAY 1/18/13



8:00 am - Finally get a hold of them, they claim a mix-up and thought they did the job yesterday. Whoops? They say they're going to show up at noon and actually get it done.



12:00pm - Guess who doesn't show up?



1:00pm - Call again they're "tracking down the driver". Who is definitely gonna get it done this time. Promise.



1:30pm - They're having someone return for the work order and be there in "15 MINUTES"



2:30pm - THIS TIME someone is actually going to get the truck, and be there. Promise. Told them not to bother if they can't be there by three.



3:00pm - Guess who doesn't show up?





I would highly recommend these movers if you are okay with service running 25 hours late, and then cowardly ditching the job when they realize how badly they dropped the ball.



In fairness, they offered a highly discounted rate on the move, but of course a price break on a job you don't actually do is still 0. Can't tell if they're moronic or brilliant.



Personally, I'll stick with a service far more reliable and trustworthy, I'll rent a u-haul and hire two crackheads off the street.
