SALON: had an appointment with Tracy the salon manager for a cut. She was running about 20 min late but dnot think she had an appointment before me. I brought pictures of the a-line cut I wanted as I have straight hair with no body and brought pics of similar hair. She put these huge 1.5" chunks of layer into my hair, straight out of the 90's. I told her the pics did not have that and it's a smoothly tapered cut. She had to cut more length off the lessen the damage. Needless to say, that was not the cut I wanted. I called to cancel the follow up appt as there is no way I'm going to let her cut my hair again. She asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said no, I am not happy with my cut. Instead of offering to make it right or do anything at all to keep a customer, she said ok. Bad cut, bad customer service, bad experience. BAD Ulta, BAD!!! They get one extra star because while I waited I found a cute nail polish color.

about two years ago I use to go to this ulta but I stop coming to buy there but recently started going again the first time the lady was were nice but my second time this heavy set woman with glasses ask if I needed anything I said no thank you so then I notice she started following me around. i went somewhere else just to see if shes following me and she was like a was going to steal something I work hard for to buy me my stuff I don't need to steal! but I tried to give it another chance and go back and she was there and did the same. I don't know if she racist or whats her problem but she needs to get fired because I feel very uncomfortable to go back and loved going there!!!
