This company ripped me off big time! Do not use them!



I made a reservation for a business meeting which I immediately had to cancel. They went ahead and charged my credit card for a whopping $165! They explained that they charge customers in full for any cancellation. This was never communicated by them during the sale and no receipt or confirmation was ever provided! They absolutely refused to credit me for anything less than the full $165.



Can you imagine getting charged $165 for a service that was never received?!? What a bunch of dishonest cheats and swindlers! Do not do business with these conmen.
