"If it ain't broke, don't fix it".... That was my experience with this business. I took my OLD Dyson in because I thought it was broke. Thankfully this is an HONEST person and he pointed out that it was "operator error", showed me what had happened and voila - my vacuum was in perfect running condition again. This could have been a situation where I could have been charged for "fixing" it but this man thanked me for coming in, sent me (happily) on my way and NO CHARGE. Believe me, I will return to this shop whenever I need any other repairs for what he fixes. Thank you for being a good representative of your trade.

Tony is a perfectionist and when he says your vacuum is fixed it is fixed better than new. I was thrilled to find his standards are higher than my own and I recommend A1 highly.I needed a small repair and I was happy until I saw a rebuilt Kirby that looked so much better than mine. Naturally, I had to trade. Tony made me a great deal and guaranteed the rebuilt vacuum. I will never go to anyone else.
