I have had several conversations with UPS about my package. All of them have been unproductive. No one seems to know what is going on and I get several different answers during one conversation. It always seemed to them (UPS) that I must be the one at fault for my package remaining in limbo. I have decided to rename United Parcel Service to United Parcel Disservice because that is what it has been to me. Where is FedEx when I need them? I should not have marked one star as it should be zero stars.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this business. Was told they "attempted " delivery at my house when 5 people were home, but nobody knocked on my door or rang the doorbell. This has happened before where they "attempted" delivery but they said they couldn't get into my gated community. Guess what: I don't live in one! I called customer service and asked for a manager. After arguing she stated she would make sure I could pick up my package at 8pm at Edward Babe Gomez location. I showed. Nobody there with my package, and the guard had no idea when a truck would show. What a waste of time, and they are liars! WOULD NOT recommend this company!

Wrote a note on the door for the driver to knock loudly, I live on the second floor, along with telephone number. The driver didn't bother knocking at all, as far as I know, certainly didn't call me. Was a time sensitive package and didn't want to wait another 4 days (weekend + memorial day holiday) for them to try again. So, called customer service and was told to drive to this place (I live in Fremont, about 40 minutes away) to pick up the package. When I got there the man that greeted me told me I had to call to request them to hold it, which I figured was already done, but then they told me they couldn't hold it at the senders request. So, being a bit upset I just wasted an hour or more driving to Omaha, I requested to speak with the guys supervisor, at which point I was just put on hold for an hour - probably would have been longer but I decided hang up and drove home. Long story short, If I have a choice, I will never choose to use UPS.

horrible customer service, very unprofessional. They do no care about there customers at all

I give the UPS Omaha hub a ZERO star rating. I ordered important aircraft items on a Monday they promised a delivery of Thursday. On Thursday I tracked to the package to see when to expect the package, the delivery date was changed to Friday. No worries, Friday would be just fine however the package did arrive in Omaha Thursday Morning at 9:34AM so I called to ask if I could retrieve it at the hub. No I was not able to do that because the shipper had a restriction on shipping. Friday came and the tracking web site said delivered by end of day on Friday. After the typical time UPS delivers had come and gone I called to enquire since the tracking site still said "arrival". they assured me it would be delivered by 7PM. at 430 it still said arrival scan and not out for delivery. I called to enquire if it was possible that it would still get on a truck that day and they said no it would be delivered on Monday. Monday is here, still says arrival, called and they say they lost the package.

Locally the UPS was fabulous and willing to work with me. Had a package that wasn't delivered in time so I called to pick it up. The 800 number was anything but helpful. Told by three different reps. Three different excuses. While on the phone with someone local, they were sending the driver back my way. The 800 rep was calling me back telling me the driver was in another town. Too bad our tracking system doesn't work with the reps on the phone. Glad someone was willing to fix the problem!

Called to change delivery from my home to the hub. It was fast and easy. Customer Rep at the hub when I got there was friendly helpful and got my package super fast.

Tried to fix an address error on package. Could not talk directly to hub and 800 number provides you with a useless representative that basically said I was screwed. These people have no idea what customer service is. Will avoid this company like the plague.

"Customer" Center is anything but. UPS sent my package to the wrong building when I offered to meet them to pick it up. I couldn't call them directly, then was told I had a 30 minute window to get package! Will never use UPS again!
