      Best Boudin in Opelousas. Ask for "Billy's" brand boudin. It has more flavor and less rice. You can buy it fresh and hot...or take home a frozen pack to keep in the freezer at home and eat later. Also try the "Cracklin". They make it fresh and on-site.
